Cash Back Rebate Service is Financial 21's one-stop housing resource that can help you buy or sell your home and give you a cash rebate of 25% of your agent's commission. You'll be working with an experienced professional Realtor® and Personal Transaction Assistant who are committed to making the entire process convenient and worry-free. There is no additional fee for using our Cash Back Rebate Service.
How Does Cash Back Rebate Work?
You must buy or sell your home using the agent assigned to you. Our Realtor® network includes nationally recognized companies such as Century 21, Prudential, Re/Max, and Coldwell Banker.
Within fifteen days of the close of escrow, you will receive a cash rebate equal to 25% of your agent's commission. If you buy and sell a home through our Cash Back Rebate Service, you will earn a cash rebate on both transactions.
