Access21 is Financial 21's FREE bank-by-phone service that offers access to your Credit Union accounts 24-hours a day. Your account information is secure by using a Personal Access Code, which you select.
Here are a few of the many transactions you can perform with Access21:
- Obtain account balances and verify deposits
- Transfer funds within your account or to other Financial 21 accounts where you are primary or joint owner
- Transfer your loan payments
- Request check withdrawals made payable to you
- Verify cleared checks and ATM transactions
- Fax dividend information for taxes or your account history to your home
Your Service Code Guide lists all the transactions that are available. Access21 will guide you step-by-step through each transaction. If you don't have your guide handy, Access21 can provide a convenient menu.
