Online Banking
Use this FREE service to view balance information, transfer between accounts, and access our FREE Online Bill Payer and FREE Online Statement services. Soon, you’ll be able to apply for a loan quickly and easily using our new Online Loan Center. Stay tuned for more details!
Telephone Banking
With Access21, our FREE bank-by-phone service, you can obtain account information and conduct transactions from any touch-tone phone, 7-days a week and 24-hours a day.
Bill Payer
This FREE service allows you to receive and pay your bills online and have the funds deducted automatically from your Financial 21 Checking Account.
ATM
Enjoy FREE ATM access at all Financial 21 and surcharge-free CO-OP network ATMs nationwide. You can also access accounts through the STAR® and CIRRUS® ATM networks at thousands of locations for a nominal fee.

Shared Branching
Our participation in the Shared Branching program allows you to conduct transactions across town or across the country at participating locations. There are currently over 17 locations in and around San Diego County and more than 500 nationwide.
